In most cases yes, as long as we can reach the vendor and see how the application is deployed. If it is genuinely niche, we will say so before taking it on.
Can you train our staff?
Yes. Short, focused sessions rather than a day-long course. People remember what they use that afternoon, not everything in a slide deck.
Our vendor says it is not their problem. Can you help?
That is often where we are most useful. We can establish whether the fault is the app, the server or the network, and give the vendor something concrete to act on.
Will upgrades break our setup?
Not if they are planned. We test on a copy of your data first, and the live upgrade happens in a window with a rollback ready.
Do you sell the software as well?
We can source and licence it, but we are not tied to any vendor. If you already have a package you like, we support that instead.
